Les Remparts de Bastor-Lamontagne Sauternes 2021 is the second wine of Château Bastor-Lamontagne, produced in Preignac within the Sauternes appellation of Bordeaux.

Predominantly Sémillon with a small proportion of Sauvignon Blanc, the wine shows ripe apricot, orange peel and pineapple alongside honey, acacia blossom and subtle sweet spice. The palate is rich but not heavy, with botrytis character balanced by fresh acidity and a lingering citrus-driven finish.

The 375ml format is especially well suited to Sauternes, offering enough wine for two to four servings and making it easy to enjoy with dessert, cheese or even savory dishes.

The strength of Les Remparts lies in its balance. It delivers the honeyed richness expected from Sauternes while retaining enough freshness to remain lively at the table.

Food Pairing: Pair with foie gras, blue cheese, Roquefort, fruit tarts, crème brûlée, almond desserts, roasted peaches, spicy Asian dishes, or simply enjoy on its own after dinner.

Serve chilled around 46–50°F.
