Le Monde Pinot Grigio 2025 comes from Friuli in northeastern Italy, a region particularly well suited to producing white wines with freshness, texture and savory character.

The wine shows notes of pear, white peach and crisp apple, followed by citrus, white flowers and a subtle mineral character. The palate is dry and refreshing, with bright acidity and a gentle saline quality that gives the wine more definition than many simple styles of Pinot Grigio.

What I particularly like about Le Monde is that it offers the immediate freshness people expect from Pinot Grigio while retaining enough texture and character to make it interesting at the table.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled shrimp, oysters, calamari, white fish, sushi, seafood pasta, salads, vegetable risotto, light poultry dishes, or fresh cheeses.

Serve chilled around 50–54°F.
