Château La Gorce La Bonne Résolution Médoc 2022 is an organic Bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Médoc.

Blackcurrant, plum and blackberry lead the aromatic profile, followed by cedar, dried herbs and gentle spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with ripe fruit, supple tannins and enough freshness to keep the wine balanced through the finish.

Merlot gives the 2022 its roundness and dark-fruit character, while Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure and a more savory edge. The result is an approachable expression of the Médoc that offers classic Bordeaux character without requiring extended cellaring.

Food Pairing: Pair with roast beef, braised short ribs, lamb, grilled steak, mushroom risotto, roasted eggplant, burgers, or aged cheeses.
