Kiminoi Emperor Well Yamahai Junmai Ginjo is a premium sake from Niigata, Japan, made by Kiminoi Brewery with Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 55%. Brewed using the traditional yamahai method, this Junmai Ginjo shows aromas of cereal grain, cremini mushroom, banana bread, steamed rice, and light citrus.
