Aromas of lemon, lime, yellow apple, white peach, pineapple, fresh mint, and Mediterranean herbs lead to a medium-bodied palate with lively acidity, saline minerality, and citrus-driven freshness. The finish carries notes of stone fruit, sea salt, and light herbal tones.
