El Enemigo Malbec 2021 comes from Mendoza, Argentina, a region celebrated for producing world-class Malbec. The winery is a project led by Adrianna Catena, of the Catena Zapata family, and winemaker Alejandro Vigil, one of Argentina’s most acclaimed enologists. Their goal with El Enemigo is to create wines that combine Argentina’s identity with elegance and age-worthiness.

The 2021 vintage shows aromas of blackberry, plum, and violet, with notes of cocoa, spice, and a touch of earth. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet fresh, with fine tannins and a long finish.
