Domaine Vacheron Sancerre Rosé 2022 is a biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir rosé from one of Sancerre’s most respected estates.

The wine shows fresh strawberry, raspberry and red currant, followed by orange blossom, citrus zest and a subtle mineral note. The palate is dry and precise, with bright acidity and a fine, stony character that gives the wine more structure than a typical easy-drinking rosé.

Pinot Noir gives this Sancerre Rosé both delicacy and depth, while Vacheron’s flint and marl soils contribute freshness and mineral tension. With a few years of bottle age, the 2022 has also begun to develop a more layered texture without losing its vibrant fruit.

This is a rosé for the table rather than simply for warm-weather drinking.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled salmon, tuna tartare, shrimp, sushi, charcuterie, roast chicken, vegetable dishes, soft cheeses, or Mediterranean-style seafood.

Serve around 48–52°F.
