From Chablis AOC in Burgundy, France, Domaine Laroche Chablis Saint Martin 2024 is a dry white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grown on limestone soils rich in fossilized seashells and coral. Aromas of green apple, lemon peel, white peach, white flowers, chalk, and wet stone lead to a light to medium-bodied palate with high acidity, citrus and white fruit concentration, and a mineral finish. The wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, with a small portion in large foudres, adding texture while preserving the dry, crisp profile expected from Chablis.

Pair with oysters, shrimp, shellfish, grilled fish, sushi, goat cheese, roast chicken, or light seafood pasta.
