Domaine Dancer Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc 2024 comes from Chardonnay planted high above the Côte de Beaune near Nantoux, where limestone-rich soils and a cooler elevation give the wine freshness and precision.

The 2024 vintage shows white peach, pear and citrus alongside white flowers, fresh herbs and subtle stony notes. The palate has a fine combination of texture and tension, with bright acidity carrying the fruit through a long, mineral finish.

This is a particularly interesting vintage for the domaine. Théo Dancer has now fully assumed responsibility for the estate, and beginning with 2024 the wines are released simply under the name Domaine Dancer. The style remains focused on purity, minimal intervention and a clear expression of site.

The high-elevation vineyard gives this Chardonnay a distinctly energetic profile, making it an excellent choice for Burgundy drinkers who value freshness and mineral character over overt richness or oak.

Food Pairing: Pair with scallops, grilled or roasted white fish, lobster, roast chicken, mushroom dishes, creamy risotto, Comté, or other firm Alpine-style cheeses.
