Domaine Damien Martin Bourgogne Rouge 2023 is a Pinot Noir from Burgundy produced by a small family domaine based in the Mâconnais.
Black cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry are joined by subtle floral and earthy notes. The palate is medium-bodied and generous, with fresh red fruit, silky tannins and a smooth, persistent finish.
The domaine is managed by Damien Martin together with his family and follows HVE-certified farming practices. The 2023 has enough ripeness to give the wine roundness while preserving the freshness and delicacy expected from Pinot Noir.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast chicken, pork tenderloin, charcuterie, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, or soft cheeses.
Serve around 58–62°F.
