Medium bodied Syrah, Merlot blend with balanced flavors. Soft tannins from the will briefly linger on the back of the palate. Syrah tends to be fuller in body and color, with higher alcohol content. Merlot has less green pepper and olive notes, and tends to be sweeter with more chocolate notes. This blend of full-bodied Syrah with smoother Merlot gives us a well-rounded wine that can adapt to all types of palates.
