From Côtes de Provence, France, Château La Gordonne La Chapelle Gordonne Tête de Cuvée Rosé is a dry Provence rosé made from Grenache, Cinsault, Vermentino, and Syrah. It shows a pale copper-pink color, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, white currant, melon, grapefruit, peach, apricot, linden blossom, anise, and light Mediterranean herbs. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity, citrus and red berry concentration, and a mineral finish with grapefruit peel and saline notes.

Pair with shellfish, grilled fish, shrimp, salade niçoise, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, Mediterranean vegetables, or soft cheeses.
