Château Cos d’Estournel G d’Estournel 2020 is a Merlot-led Bordeaux blend from the northern Médoc, produced by the team behind Château Cos d’Estournel.

Black plum, blackberry and cassis lead the aromatic profile, followed by dark chocolate, tobacco, cedar and black pepper. The palate is generous but controlled, with ripe fruit, polished tannins and a subtle saline character that adds freshness through the finish.

The 2020 combines the richness of Merlot with the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, giving the wine enough depth for hearty dishes while retaining the freshness and balance expected from a Médoc wine.

It is a strong option for customers who enjoy Bordeaux but want something more approachable in price and style than the classified-growth wines of Saint-Estèphe.
