Champagne Leclerc Briant Rosé Extra Brut is a distinctive, gastronomic rosé from Épernay, produced with a strong emphasis on organic and biodynamic viticulture.
Predominantly Chardonnay with a small proportion of Pinot Noir vinified as red wine, it shows wild strawberry, red cherry and white peach, followed by blood orange, rose petal, citrus peel and subtle smoky notes.
The palate is precise and energetic, with very fine bubbles, bright acidity and a distinctly dry profile. Chalky minerality and a saline character provide structure, while the small amount of red wine contributes just enough red-fruit depth without making the Champagne feel heavy.
This is a rosé Champagne built more around tension and freshness than sweetness or overt richness, making it particularly versatile at the table.
Food Pairing: Pair with tuna tataki, salmon, lobster, duck breast, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, grilled pork, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
Serve around 48–52°F in a tulip-shaped Champagne glass or white-wine glass.
