From Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, France, Camille Giroud Aux Échanges 2021is a dry red wine made from Pinot Noir. The small Aux Échanges climat has limestone-rich soils with many pebbles and a southeast exposure. Aromas of tart red cherry, raspberry, red currant, wild strawberry, dried mint, rose, clove, nutmeg, licorice, and light toasted hazelnut lead to a medium-bodied palate with fresh acidity, fine tannins, red fruit concentration, and a mineral note on the finish.

Pair with duck breast, roast chicken, veal, pork tenderloin, mushroom dishes, beef tartare, charcuterie, or soft-ripened cheeses.
