Grand Bateau Bordeaux Blanc 2024: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, made in collaboration with the team at Château Beychevelle, a Saint‑Julien Classified Growth. Fresh and citrus driven, ready for stone crab or grilled fish.
Château La Gorce “La Bonne Résolution” Médoc 2022: From a Cru Bourgeois estate in Blaignan, in the northern Médoc. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon on gravel and clay soils give structure and dark fruit. Built for the grill.
Château Chantalouette Pomerol 2016: The second wine of Château de Sales, the largest estate in Pomerol. Mostly Merlot with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, now ten years old and showing the soft, layered texture that comes with bottle age.
Les Remparts de Bastor‑Lamontagne Sauternes 2021 (375 ml): Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc affected by noble rot, giving honeyed richness balanced by elevated acidity. Pour it with blue cheese or fruit tarts.
