Pico in the Azores, Portugal, Arinto dos Açores by António Maçanita 2022 is a dry white wine made from 100% Arinto dos Açores, a native grape variety from the Azores that is not related to mainland Arinto. It shows a clean citrus color, with aromas of grapefruit, lemon peel, wet stone, sea spray, and light orchard fruit. The palate is dry and sharp, with 12% alcohol, high acidity, volcanic minerality, and a saline finish that reflects the ocean-influenced vineyards of Pico Island.

Pair with oysters, grilled fish, shrimp, seafood rice, white meats, goat cheese, or light appetizers.
