A.J. Adam Spätburgunder Rosé 2022 Andreas Adam is one of the Mosel's rising stars, farming 5 hectares of steep slate slopes in the Dhron valley with near-organic methods. Spätburgunder is the German name for Pinot Noir. This rosé comes from young vines on slate soils, fermented naturally in stainless steel at low temperatures. Pale, delicate, and aromatic, with red berry fruit, fine minerality, and a crisp, refreshing acidity that is unmistakably Mosel in character. Excellent as an aperitif or with light summer dishes.
