Blanc de Lynch-Bages 2023 is the dry white wine of Château Lynch-Bages, bringing together Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle from gravel soils in Bordeaux.

Sauvignon Blanc leads the blend with bright citrus, white peach and fresh pear, while Sémillon contributes texture and Muscadelle adds a subtle floral and exotic dimension. Six months of aging on the lees in barrel brings additional creaminess, gentle spice and depth without obscuring the wine’s freshness.

The palate combines lemon, peach and tropical fruit with chalky mineral notes and a fine, rounded texture. Fresh acidity keeps the wine focused through a long, clean finish.

This is a Bordeaux Blanc with enough richness to appeal to Chardonnay drinkers, yet the Sauvignon Blanc-driven freshness gives it a very different personality. Its balance of fruit, texture and mineral character also makes it especially versatile at the table.

Food Pairing: Pair with lobster, scallops, grilled fish, crab, seafood risotto, roast chicken, asparagus, goat cheese, or creamy vegetable dishes.
