From Ribera del Duero DO, Spain, Matarromera Crianza 2022 is a dry red wine made from Tempranillo, known locally as Tinto Fino. Aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, blackberry, vanilla, cedar, cocoa, clove, and toasted oak lead to a structured palate with medium-plus acidity, firm tannins, and concentrated dark fruit. The finish carries notes of black fruit, baking spice, tobacco, and oak.

Pair with grilled lamb chops, roasted pork, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, mushroom dishes, aged Manchego, or charcuterie.
