Champagne Fleur de Miraval Petite Fleur Brut Rosé is a Chardonnay-dominant rosé Champagne from the Côte des Blancs, produced in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger with a small addition of Pinot Noir from Vertus.

The wine opens with raspberry, red currant and wild strawberry, followed by pink grapefruit, mandarin, rose petal and subtle floral notes. The palate is bright and precise, with fine bubbles, lively acidity and a chalky, saline finish.

Chardonnay gives Petite Fleur its freshness, mineral character and tension, while the small portion of Pinot Noir adds color, red-fruit character and gentle structure. Extended lees aging adds complexity without taking away from the wine’s light, elegant personality.

This is a refined style of rosé Champagne that works equally well as an aperitif or at the table.

Food Pairing: Pair with tuna tartare, smoked salmon, oysters, sushi, lobster, grilled shrimp, roast chicken, charcuterie, or soft cheeses.

Serve around 46–50°F in a tulip-shaped Champagne or white-wine glass.
