The Girardin family has a long history of winemaking, being growers since 1570, and Justin represents the latest generation. The winery focuses on sustainable practices in the vineyard and winery. Fermentation is done with native yeasts, and aging takes place in French oak barrels (25% new), adding complexity to the wine.

Pommard, located in the Côte de Beaune, is a subregion known for its powerful and structured Pinot Noirs. This wine reflects the character of the region with firm tannins and balanced acidity.

In the glass, this Pommard offers aromas of black cherry, red berries, damp earth and spices, followed by a palate with blackberries and a long savory finish. It’s a great match for dishes like duck confit, mushroom pasta, or grilled meats.
