Chappellet Mountain Cuvée Proprietor’s Blend 2023 comes from the slopes of Pritchard Hill in Napa Valley, where the Chappellet family has been producing highly regarded wines since 1967. Known for their estate Cabernet Sauvignon and iconic Pritchard Hill bottlings, Chappellet is recognized as one of Napa’s pioneering mountain wineries.

The Mountain Cuvée is designed as a more approachable expression of the estate style, blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. The 2023 vintage shows ripe aromas of blackberry, plum, and cassis, with notes of mocha, spice, and a touch of oak. On the palate, it is smooth and generous, with polished tannins and a lingering finish.
