From Willamette Valley, Oregon, Gang Family Cellars In-Laws Pinot Noir 2023 is a dry red wine made from Pinot Noir sourced from La Belle Promenade Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains AVA and Flânerie Vineyard in the Ribbon Ridge AVA. Aromas of ripe red cherry, strawberry, red currant, dried herbs, forest floor, clove, rose petal, and savory spice lead to a medium-bodied palate with fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins from 40% whole-cluster fermentation, and red fruit concentration. The finish carries notes of raspberry, pomegranate, spiced plum, mushroom, and light oak spice.

Pair with roast chicken, duck breast, pork tenderloin, mushroom dishes, salmon, charcuterie, or soft cheeses.
