Graham Beck is South Africa's most awarded Cap Classique producer, based in the limestone-rich Robertson region. The Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% estate Chardonnay, whole-bunch pressed, with 50% of the base wine fermented in old French oak barrels and foudres. The 2019 spent 60 months on the lees before disgorgement, building real complexity and depth. Expect fresh citrus, green apple, white peach, toasted brioche, and a creamy, persistent mousse. It is an outstanding value alternative to Champagne, and has been voted best bottle-fermented sparkling wine in the world at the International Wine and Spirits Competition.
