Domaine de la Villaudière Sancerre 2025 is a dry Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, offering the combination of citrus, fruit and mineral character that has made Sancerre one of the reference points for the variety.

Aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest and white peach are joined by elderflower and subtle tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit. The palate is crisp and focused, with bright acidity, clean citrus fruit and a stony mineral character that carries through the finish.

The 2025 shows a little more aromatic fruit than some restrained styles of Sancerre, but the freshness and mineral structure keep the wine precise and dry. This makes it equally useful as an aperitif or with seafood and lighter dishes.

Food Pairing: Pair with oysters, goat cheese, grilled shrimp, white fish, sushi, asparagus, fresh salads, ceviche, or light chicken dishes.

Serve chilled around 48–52°F.
