Wildflowers Junmai Sake is a sweet Junmai sake from Niigata, Japan, made by Aumont Shuzo, formerly Ichishima Shuzo. Brewed with Gohyakumangoku and other Niigata rice polished to 65%, this sake shows aromas of lychee, apple, strawberry, pear, steamed rice, and light floral notes.
