Sempuku Shinriki Junmai 85 is a premium sake from Hiroshima, Japan, made by Miyake Honten Shuzo with rare Hiroshima Shinriki rice polished to 85%. Brewed in the kimoto style and bottled as muroka genshu, this Junmai sake shows aromas of warm rice, honey, green tea, pear, and white pepper. The palate has full body, firm umami, higher alcohol, balanced acidity, and a dry finish.
