Kita No Nishiki Kuragakoi Kanjuku Hizo Junmai is an aged Junmai sake from Hokkaido, Japan, made by Kobayashi Shuzo with Kitashizuku rice polished to 65%. This koshu-style Junmai shows aromas of toasted rice, dried fruit, honey, mushroom, soy, and roasted nuts. The palate has full body, firm umami, mild sweetness, balanced acidity, and a long savory finish.
