Tomio All Kyoto Junmai Ginjo is a premium sake from Fushimi, Kyoto, made by Kitagawahonke with Kyoto-grown Gohyakumangoku and Kyo no Kagayaki rice polished to 58%. Brewed with Kyoto yeast and Fushimi water, this Junmai Ginjo shows aromas of pear, white flowers, steamed rice, and melon.
