Tenryo Hidahomare Junmai Ginjo is a premium sake from Gifu, Japan, made by Tenryo Shuzo with local Hidahomare rice polished to 50%. Brewed with flower yeast, this Junmai Ginjo shows aromas of pear, apple, ripe banana, melon, steamed rice, and light anise. The palate has medium body, rice sweetness, mild umami, balanced acidity, and a clean dry finish.
