Sawanoi Tokyo Kurabito Kimoto Junmai Ginjo is a premium sake from Tokyo, Japan, made by Ozawa Shuzo with Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 55%. Brewed using the traditional kimoto method, this Junmai Ginjo shows aromas of rice milk, yellow apple, plum, lychee, and light spice. The palate has medium body, clear umami, balanced acidity, mild fruit, and a clean finish.
