Hizo Otokoyama Junmai Ginjo is a dry premium sake from Fukuoka, Japan, made by Kitaya Shuzo with Gin No Sato rice polished to 59%. This Junmai Ginjo shows aromas of steamed rice, dried rice, grain, tropical fruit, and mineral notes. The palate has full body, rice-forward flavor, firm dryness, light fruit, and a clean finish.
