Kajikawa Junmai Daiginjo is a premium sake from Niigata, Japan, made by Aumont Sake Brewery with Koshi Tanrei rice polished to 50%. Named after the Kajikawa River, this Junmai Daiginjo shows aromas of chestnut, steamed rice, toast, brown sugar, and raisin.
