Named after the Kajikawa River, this Junmai Daiginjo shows aromas of chestnut, steamed rice, toast, brown sugar, and raisin. The palate has full body, layered rice flavor, mild sweetness, and a clean finish. Serve chilled with tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi, roasted duck, prosciutto, grilled mushrooms, or pork dishes.
