Hakkaisan Snow Aged 3 Years Junmai Daiginjo Yukimuro is a premium sake from Niigata, Japan, made by Hakkaisan Brewery with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%. Aged for three years in a traditional snow-storage room, this Junmai Daiginjo shows aromas of steamed rice, pear, melon, green apple, citrus, and light mineral notes. The palate has medium body, layered rice flavor, mild umami, balanced acidity, and a dry finish. Serve chilled or at room temperature with sashimi, tempura, Mediterranean seafood, washed-rind cheese, or dry-aged beef.
