Bellini Vin Santo del Chianti 2015 is a traditional Tuscan dessert wine, produced from late-harvested Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes that are dried before fermentation to concentrate sugars and flavors. Aged slowly in small wooden barrels, it develops complexity and depth over time.

The 2015 vintage shows aromas of dried apricot, honey, and candied orange peel, with notes of almond and spice. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, balanced by freshness, and carries a long, nutty finish.

Vin Santo is famously paired with cantucci (Tuscan almond cookies), but it also matches beautifully with blue cheeses, dried fruits, and fruit-based desserts.
