Antinori's Tenuta Guado al Tasso sits in Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast, where sea breezes and the unique "Bolgheri amphitheater" microclimate shape wines unlike anything from inland Tuscany. Vermentino has been grown here since 1996 — one of the grape's finest coastal expressions in Italy. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness, with each parcel harvested separately for complexity.
Straw yellow with green hints. White peach, citron peel, flowers, sage, and thyme on the nose — the Bolgheri coast in a glass. Dry and juicy on the palate with bright acidity, elegant texture, and a clean saline finish that lingers.
Drink now. Perfect with grilled shrimp, snapper crudo, light pasta with clams, or just on its own by the water.
