Pierre Girardin selects fruit from calcareous parcels near Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet for this cuvée. Fermented and aged in French oak with a light touch, the wine reflects the mineral character of the sites rather than the oak.

The 2021 shows bright citrus, green apple, and a clean mineral profile. The palate is crisp, focused, and lightly saline, with good freshness and a dry finish.
