Dom Pérignon’s P2 represents the second plenitude of the wine, released after extended lees aging to highlight greater complexity and tension. The 2006 P2 spent over 15 years in the cellars, developing depth while retaining the house’s signature precision.

The wine opens with citrus oil, brioche, toasted hazelnut, and chalk. The palate is layered and vibrant, showing more energy and concentration than the original release. Long, dry finish with clear mineral definition. Serve with oysters, caviar, or sashimi.
