Gang Family Cellars In-Laws Red Blend 2023 is a Rhône-inspired blend from Santa Barbara County, built around Grenache and Syrah with smaller portions of traditional Mediterranean varieties.

The wine shows ripe raspberry, black cherry and plum, layered with dried herbs, pepper, violet and savory spice. Grenache brings generous red fruit and freshness, while Syrah contributes darker fruit, structure and spice. Counoise and Mourvèdre add further lift and savory complexity.

There is plenty of fruit here, but the wine is not simply about richness. Fresh acidity and supple tannins keep the palate balanced, making it an easy red to enjoy on its own while also giving it enough structure for the table.

The 2023 received 97 points, Double Gold and Best in Class for Red Blends at the 2026 American Fine Wine Competition.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled lamb, pork ribs, burgers, roast chicken, sausages, pizza, Mediterranean dishes, or mushroom-based dishes.
