Vincent Dauvissat Petit Chablis 2018 comes from one of the most revered domaines in Chablis. The Dauvissat family has been producing wine in the region since the 1930s, and today Vincent Dauvissat is regarded as one of Chablis’ greatest vignerons, known for producing wines of precision, minerality, and remarkable aging potential.

While Petit Chablis represents the appellation’s more accessible wines, in the hands of Dauvissat it achieves an uncommon depth and character. The 2018 vintage was a warm, generous year, producing wines with ripe fruit balanced by Chablis’ signature freshness.

This wine shows aromas of lemon, green apple, and white flowers, with subtle notes of oyster shell and chalk. On the palate, it is lively and mineral-driven, with crisp acidity and a clean finish.

Drinkable now, but with the structure to evolve for another 5–7 years, this Petit Chablis highlights both terroir and the reputation of one of Burgundy’s greatest producers.
