Taka Noble Arrow Tokubetsu Junmai is a premium sake from Yamaguchi, Japan, made by Nagayama Honke Shuzojo with Yamada Nishiki and Hattan Nishiki rice polished to 60%. This Tokubetsu Junmai shows aromas of green melon rind, lime leaf, mint, steamed rice, and mineral notes. The palate has firm acidity, clear umami, medium body, and a dry finish. Serve chilled or at room temperature with grilled fish, shrimp in garlic oil, yakitori, pork belly, barbecue, mushrooms, or aged cheeses.
