Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild Pauillac 2015
Family-owned by the Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A. group, this second wine of Château Mouton Rothschild is vinified with the same care as the Grand Vin, using younger vines on the legendary Pauillac estate. The 2015 vintage was widely acclaimed across Bordeaux for delivering concentrated fruit, refined structure and outstanding longevity—an excellent year, especially for the Left Bank reds.
Le Petit Mouton Pauillac 2015 opens with aromas of blackberry, pencil-shavings and subtle cigar-box notes. On the palate it shows rich cassis and dark cherry fruit, polished tannins and fresh acidity, finishing long with graphite and spice. A serious yet accessible Pauillac from a top vintage.
