Hakutsuru Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo is a premium sake from Hyogo, Japan, made by Hakutsuru Sake Brewing with its proprietary Hakutsuru Nishiki rice, a crossbreed of Yamadaho and Wataribune developed for high-quality sake brewing. This Junmai Daiginjo shows aromas of jasmine, orange blossom, pear, melon, vanilla, and steamed rice. The palate has full body, mild sweetness, clear umami, and a long, clean finish.
