Canella Bellini Peach The original Bellini was created at Harry's Bar in Venice in the 1940s. Canella has been bottling it faithfully ever since: two parts Prosecco, one part white peach juice and pulp from their family orchards in the Venetian countryside, and a dash of wild raspberry for color. No artificial colorings, no added sugar. Deep pink, aromatic, and refreshing. Serve well chilled and gently invert the bottle before opening.
