The palate is concentrated yet refined, with fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity and a long, layered finish.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe grapes are fully destemmed and fermented with native yeasts before barrel aging. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration, allowing the fruit and character of the vineyard to remain as transparent as possible.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhat stands out to me is the balance between power and texture. There is real concentration and depth here, but the tannins remain polished and the aromatic character is remarkably lifted.
