Daisy –
Lavender, tart strawberry, sour cherry undertones of prune, mocha with a spicy kick. On the palate dry, med+ acidity, good balance, not too hot, cured meats with a liquorish finish. Paired so so well with the rack of lamb with mushroom sauce!
