The grapes that crafted this wine were harvested in high altitude vineyards in Uco Valley, Mendoza. Bright and golden to the eye, its bouquet recalls white flowers and fruits like apples and pears. Delicate notes of tropical fruits and a scent of vanilla and coconut gradually arise as well. The wine has a balanced acidity and full body due to an aging process in French oak for 15 months. It has a rich, long finish and, at the very end, the typical Chardonnay fresh fruits notes show up. This fruity and elegant wine is an excellent representation of the Uco Valley terroir.
