Grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different crus go into creating the Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. 30-45% reserve wines are used to maintain house style and quality. Pino Noir dominates, comprising 50-55% of the blend, followed by Chardonnay and Pinot Munier. The finished wines rest for three years in crayères, allowing complexity to build. Yellow and white fruits, vanilla and toasty brioche notes await in the bottle. This wine has great versatility and can be paired with everything from seafood dishes to pastas to cheese.
