The Brut Réserve expresses this champagne house’s quintessence style. The cuvée is a unique blend summarised with the 60/40/10 equation. 60 for the number of crus that goes into a blend of wine made that year, a third for each varietal (Meunier, Chardonnay and Piniot Noir), vinified cru by cru in stainless steel tank. 40 for the high proportion (40%) of reserve wine present, equallydivided between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 10 for the average age in years of the reserve wines, an exception for Champagne. Taken from the best crus from the best years, the wines placed in reserve are kept for between 5 and 15 ears, allowing for development in the aromatic range. The resulting wines are elegant and complex with fresh baked brioche, toasted notes, ripe fruits and nuts.
